Liquid Facelift
Liquid Facelift - the non-surgical facelift. This can be performed with fillers, or more comprehensively with fat transfer to obtain a complete volumetric enhancement. Fat transfer is an innovative technique of transferring your own fatty tissue from another area of your body to the face for rejuvenation. This technique offers the potential for lasting results, since fifty percent often remains after one year. This is an office based procedure that takes approximated forty-five minutes to perform.

Facelift
As we approach our forties and fifties, we start to develop some skin laxity in our face and neck. As a result, the fullness in our cheeks is lost, sagging skin develops along our jawline, called jowls, and loose hanging skin begins to hang from our neckline. Facelift surgery corrects all these problems, restoring years back to your appearance.
Facelift surgery is performed in a same day surgery center or in a hospital with sedation or general anesthesia. The procedure takes approximately 2 hours, with the incision going from behind your hairline above the ear, in front of the ear and ending just behind your earlobe. The recovery time is approximately ten to fourteen days, during which time there will be some swelling and bruising.

Neck Lift/ Liposuction
Neck lifts are performed when excess skin is present under the chin, while neck liposuction is indicated when there is excess fatty tissue without excess skin. Both procedures restore the neck and jaw line to a more youthful appearance and are often used together to give you the best results. Neck lifts are performed on an outpatient setting with general anesthesia, and involve removing excess skin by an incision either below the chin or behind the ear. Often with this procedure, muscle under the skin along the neck is tightened like a corset to help define the jaw line. This procedure typically takes approximately two hours, with recovery taking ten to fourteen days. Neck liposuction is performed on an outpatient setting with IV sedation. This procedure takes approximately thirty to forty minutes. Bruising and swelling is common after the procedure, with some persistent swelling taking several months to subside.
After both procedures, a chin strap is worn continuously for the first several days and then at night for two to three weeks.
