Laser Peels

Laser Skin Resurfacing
Laser skin resurfacing uses special lasers to rejuvenate the outer layers of the skin. These treatments are used to treat patients with advanced sun damaged skin, blemishes and wrinkles that can not be treated as well with IPL or chemical peels. Either a CO² or Erbium laser will be used to remove the outer layers of the skin in a controlled manner. The depth is determined by the surgeon. This procedure will leave your skin texture smooth and soft while tightening loose skin, giving you a rejuvenated, more youthful appearance.
Laser resurfacing is usually done as a same day procedure either in a hospital or surgical center. The procedure takes approximately an hour. You will need two to three weeks to recover. During that time you will have swelling, crusting and redness, which will improve over the ensuing weeks. The redness may take several months to resolve.

IPL Photofacial
