Meet Dr. Stephen E. Small

From an early age, Dr. Small was intrigued and impressed by the astounding results possible through cosmetic surgery. He underwent aesthetic procedures at age nine after experiencing a serious burn accident and was treated by a surgeon whose kindness and skill he never forgot. Today, Dr. Small provides outstanding concierge care and stunning results for those in Toms River and Stafford Township, celebrating each patient’s unique and timeless beauty.

Dr. Small has a prestigious training background that informs all aspects of his innovative and holistic approach. After being awarded his medical degree with honors at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM), he completed a 5-year general surgery residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Stratford. He then chose to further hone his skill and artistry with an intensive one-year burn and reconstructive surgery fellowship at New York Medical College, Valhalla. Additionally, Dr. Small served as a resident and chief resident in plastic surgery at Ohio University, South Pointe Hospital-Cleveland Clinic Health System for several years.
