Dr. Small is a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in reconstructive, laser, and cosmetic procedures. He received his medical degree with honors from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) before going on to complete a demanding 5-year general residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Stratford.
